Description:I This webinar will discuss key challenges facing the pediatric nursing profession as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation will share the current state and provide evidence based resources and exemplars to foster active engagement of attendees in finding solutions to these challenges in their workplace.
Outcome: 70% of participants will implement best practice strategies or actively engage in finding solutions to challenges in their practice settings.
